DEFINITIONS
In these conditions:
a) ”the Site” means the website www.classiccarshop.rs, owned by the Company Classic Car Shop
b) “the Company” means Classic Car Shop, company organized and existing under the laws of Serbia, with headquarters address Mike Stojanovića 11, Kruševac, Serbia
c) “the Buyer” means the person or company who purchases the Products from the Company.
d) “the Products” means the physical Products listed for sale in the Company’s Site
e) “the Seller” means the seller of the Products listed on the Site; same as “the Company”
USAGE OF THE SITE
Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance by you of all the Terms and Conditions specified on this page. This Site is owned and operated by Classic Car Shop ltd. with its Headquarters in Mike Stojanovića 11, Kruševac. All software used on this Site and all Content included on this Site including, without limitation, site design, text, graphics, audio and video and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of Classic Car Shop or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
None of the Content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder.
Modification of any of the Content or use of any of the Content for any purpose other than as set out herein is prohibited.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate the account and remove any user that we believe has breached these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS OF SALE
Orders: All orders placed by Buyer are subject to acceptance by the Seller. Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled without Seller’s written consent. All orders must identify the products, unit quantities, part numbers and applicable prices of the Products being purchased.
Prices: The prices of the Products are those prices specified on the front of the invoice, as well as on the Site. Prices are subject to change upon notice sent to Buyer before the sales confirmation has been accepted.
Taxes: Unless otherwise noted, all prices are exclusive of transportation, duties, and all taxes including federal, state and local sales, excise and value added, goods and services taxes, and any other taxes
Delivery; Shipping: Seller will deliver the Products within a reasonable time after receiving Buyer’s purchase order, subject to their availability. The delivery date provided by Seller for the Products is only an estimate and is based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information from the Buyer.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The Company warrants that Products shall be sent free from defects in material and workmanship or in accordance with any otherwise noted specifications or conditions of the Product.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
All products are sold on “as-is” basis, in seen condition.
Due to the fragility of the materials used in manufacturing of certain Products the Company sells, the Company cannot accept returns or refunds.
